Reverse Wrist Curl Steps

 

1 Hold a barbell, or an EZ-curl bar with an overhand grip and kneel facing the long side of a bench, as shown.

2 Rest your forearms on the bench with your wrists hanging off the other side. Lower the bar as far as possible.

3 Raise the bar by bringing the backs of your hands toward your elbows.
