Hi,

My name is Dr. Russell Stevenson, and I run and operate this website. I have tried to provide a fairly complete source of exercises and workout routines that I feel are essential for losing weight, gaining muscle mass, and regaining health; all for free.

Because I feel everyone deserves a chance at regaining their health, I provide various exercises on this website, free of charge. Due to frequent requests though, I decided to compose a book that provides everything this site does, and more, for a nominal charge.

I know the internet is full of "lose fat instantly" scams, and that is why I am not out to make a hard sell. Personal trainers can be costly, so I made this pocket-sized book so that you can take it to the gym with you. If you have spent any time at a gym, you will know that working out is not enough, you need to be working out properly to get results.

On that note, wIthin this book you'll find over 100 exercises, including those on this website, and many more. Each exercise is fully illustrated, includes descriptive text, and tells you which muscles are being targetted during the routine. Also included are various workout routines that tell you which exercises to perform, how many times, and on which days, in order to reach different body goals. Finally, at the very end of the book, I have included 365 days worth of log notes to help you make notes.

The book is pocket-sized and intended to be brought along to the gym. The exercises and routines will be there with you as you workout, and the log book makes it handy for you to keep track of your progress and motivate yourself.

If you have trouble paying for products online, that is fine: the rest of the site is free. For those that see their health as an investment, and worthy of a $20 charge, I encourage you to purchase this book.

Finally, I would not be much of a doctor if I did not recommend that you consult your family physician before starting any drastic change in exercise or diet.
